In Room 18, we have been doing mindfulness activities after lunch as part of our well-being studies. One of the mindfulness activities include thinking about and writing down all the things we are grateful for.
"I am grateful for my whanau." "I am grateful for nature." "I am grateful for my friends." "I am grateful for my mum. She's the best." "I am grateful for my life." "I am grateful for my pets." "I am grateful for my dad." "I am grateful for food." Have a think about some of the things you are thankful for today.
